STALTERI SUPPORTS LOCAL NURSERY PROJECT

From the Official Site-

On Thursday, Paul Stalteri paid a visit to Tottenham Green Under Fives Centre - a community nursery just a stone's throw from White Hart Lane Stadium.
The Club’s Canadian defender Paul Stalteri rolled back the years with a playground kick-about and a painting lesson to the delight of the young children and their parents.
The Tottenham Green Under Fives Centre has played a key role in its local community for 23 years now, having been originally formed by a small group of Haringey parents.
The centre prides itself on offering an alternative from state-run nursery schools, providing children with a warm and friendly environment, where staff can focus on specific children and their personal needs as preparation for full-time education.
Numbers for next year are looking lower that expected however and yesterday’s visit was intended to raise awareness of the community project around Tottenham, informing more parents of the good work that is done there.
Stalteri said: “We're happy to come and support this project, in fact the squad is always keen to try and help any project like this that works in the community. Our main job is on the pitch at the weekend but it’s when you get a chance to come and meet people who work and live in Tottenham that you realise what an impact the Club can have. I wish everyone at the Tottenham Green Under Fives Centre the very best of luck for next year.”
